I specialise in making the most gorgeous wedding cakes. All baked to order especially for your special day.
The ingredients I use to bake your cake are exactly the same as what I would use to bake my own. I choose to use what I believe are the best ingredients on the market.
Butter, free range eggs, Belgian white chocolate, luxury sugarpaste, preserves and curds all form the perfect base for my cakes.
There are never, ever any corners cut. Remember, it’s not just a cake it’s a piece of art.

Step by Step process
One – Availability – Once you have booked your venue and know your wedding date, this is absolutely the best time to start choosing your suppliers. If you know you would like me to make your cake then I need you to get in touch as soon as you know this information to check my availability. I only take on a maximum of two wedding cake orders per week. It is not unusual for some key dates to be booked 12-18 months in advance.
You don’t need to know what type of cake you would like. I can guarantee that you will change your mind several times before we meet. All that is required at this stage is a non refundable booking fee of £100 to secure your wedding day in my diary.
Two – Consultation and Design Appointment The exciting bit…..I will be in touch between 4-6 months before your wedding day and invite you to my cake studio where we talk about everything cake ! This appointment Is strictly for two people and normally lasts for around an hour. We will talk all about your wedding, I can’t wait to hear all about It. I really look forward to this part immensely, to hear and talk all about your day!!! I will actively encourage you to bring all the necessary items that relate to your wedding to our appointment. Stationary, including invites, colour samples etc all help with this part. It really helps me get a feel for the wedding you are planning and the cake we are going to create.
Once we have had a good chat, you will leave with a beautiful tasting box to enjoy at home.
If you don’t stay local then that’s no problem. I can still create your dream wedding cake no matter where you stay via a zoom consultation, and I can send you a tasting box through the post if you have a UK address
Three – Approx 7-10 days after we have held your consultation, I will email you a copy of your cake sketch so you can visualise what your cake will look like. I will be able to advise the final price of the cake at this time also.
Four – Approx 6 weeks before your wedding day I will be in touch to confirm and finalise all your cake details. The balance of your wedding cake is due to be paid in full 6 weeks before your wedding. The booking fee is deducted from this balance.
Five – The week of the wedding, I will contact the venue to arrange a suitable time to deliver and set up your cake. I set up and deliver all of my wedding cakes to the venue ensuring everything is absolutely perfect. You don’t need to do anything apart from turn up, be wowed and, most importantly, make sure you get a piece of your cake !!!
Prices
Your wedding cake is a completely bespoke product, something that has been designed and made especially for you. Each wedding cake takes on its own level of sophistication and elaborateness. These factors make it impossible to display prices for the many different ways wedding cakes can be designed and all the different mediums available to decorate it with. Its complete intricacy and overall look will determine the final price.
For wedding cakes I have a minimum spend of £625.00. Final pricing will be given after consultation once the level of both size and decoration has been established. Should you need a more accurate quote before booking please do contact me to discuss your individual requirements.

I hand deliver and set up all of my wedding cakes, making sure that everything is absolutely perfect for you both. I deliver to a wide range of wedding venues throughout Scotland including
