I am passionate about baking the best wedding cake for you using the best premium ingredients that I can source. I guarantee that your wedding cake will always be baked fresh by me in my studio on the week of your wedding. Your wedding cake will never have been frozen before you get to eat it!
Each of my standard height wedding cakes are made up with four delicious sponges filled with buttercream in every layer and either a jam or curd sourced from a local independent supplier or from the award winning “The Cherry Tree” or “Bonne Maman” ranges. Homemade caramel and butterscotch sauces are also used for fillings dependent on your flavour choice. As standard, all of my wedding cake tiers are approximately 5-6″ tall in height
Wedding Cakes are then sealed using a decadent Belgian White Chocolate ganache before then being covered in Massa Ticino by Carma fondant which is used by many of the best wedding cake decorators in the world because of its quality and taste.
I’m a great believer in having a choice of different flavours for your wedding guests and I would actively encourage you to choose a different flavour for every tier of your wedding cake.

Zesty Lemon – Lemon sponge filled with Lemon Curd and Lemon Buttercream
Raspberry and White Chocolate – Vanilla sponge filled with Raspberry Preserve and Belgian White Chocolate Buttercream
Caramel – Carmel Sponge Filled with Vanilla Buttercream and homemade Caramel Sauce
Biscoff – Caramel Sponge filled with Biscoff buttercream, crumbled Biscoff biscuit and Biscoff drizzle
Peach and Prosecco – Vanilla Sponge filled with a subtle Prosecco flavoured buttercream and Peach Conserve
Coconut and Raspberry – Desiccated Coconut sponge filled with a Coconut flavoured buttercream and Raspberry Preserve
Coconut and Passionfruit – Desiccated Coconut sponge filled with a Coconut flavoured buttercream and Passionfruit Curd
Cherry Bakewell – Almond flavoured Sponge filled with Morello Cherry Preserve and Amaretto flavoured buttercream
Tablet – Vanilla sponge filled with a chunky tablet buttercream
Cranachan – A whisky syrup infused sponge, Honey buttercream, Scottish Oats and raspberry preserve
Sticky Toffee – A rich indulgent Sticky Toffee sponge made with dates filled with vanilla buttercream and homemade butterscotch sauce
Chocolate, Whisky and Ginger – Chocolate sponge with a Whisky and Ginger flavoured Buttercream and Ginger preserve
Chocolate – Chocolate Sponge with a rich Chocolate buttercream
Chocolate Orange – Chocolate Sponge filled with Orange Marmalade and Chocolate Orange buttercream
Chocolate Salted Caramel – Chocolate Sponge filled with Vanilla buttercream and Salted Caramel
Chocolate Hazelnut – Chocolate sponge filled with Nutella Buttercream
Black Forest – Chocolate sponge filled with Amaretto flavoured buttercream and Cherry Curd
When you come for your Wedding Cake Consultation you will get a box of six of the above wedding cake flavours to take home with you. These cake flavours are chosen at my discretion and will change depending on popular choices. If you would like to try some cake before you place your wedding cake order with me then I have cake tasting boxes available to collect or post a couple of times throughout the year. Please keep an eye on social media for these dates as this will very much depend on availability. You will be able to purchase a box via the shop when these are available.
Allergies – my kitchen is not certified as a gluten free kitchen. I am unable to bake any allergy free cakes. All cakes contain gluten, soya and milk. Please note that Nuts are also handled in my kitchen, cakes and bakes may also include traces of nuts
