Make it DIFFERENT 🤍🍃 This design was all about st Make it DIFFERENT 🤍🍃 This design was all about stepping away from the expected. No florals. No soft palettes. Just clean white tiers wrapped in bold, sculptural foliage that I hand-arranged to twist and climb in a helix shape. It brought movement, texture and depth without overwhelming the simplicity of the cake itself. The clear tier separator added that floating moment I love – giving the whole piece structure and space while letting the greenery take centre stage. It’s the perfect reminder that “different” doesn’t mean complicated. Sometimes it just means being brave enough to do things your own way. Tall, sleek and modern, every element was designed to make an impact. We used a black prop spacer and stand to create height and drama, styled with matching florals for a seamless, luxurious finish. The black velvet ribbon tied it all together, echoing Shaun’s tux and adding that extra layer of sophistication. Flavours were just as indulgent: Coconut & Raspberry, Salted Caramel & Flake, Vanilla and Biscoff. For me, quality isn’t optional - it’s an integral For me, quality isn’t optional - it’s an integral part of what I do as a wedding cake designer. Every ingredient that goes into your cake is chosen with intention. From Belgian chocolate and free-range eggs to luxury sugar paste and homemade caramel, nothing is second-best or just 'fine'. Because when you’re creating something that will be remembered long after the last slice is gone, the details truly matter. Cutting corners has never been my style. I’d rather take the time, spend that little bit more, and know that what I’m handing over is the absolute best it can be!
